Te Hiku Sports Hub – Completed earlier in 2024, FNR delivered the civils, carpentry work and site management functions associated with the construction of this significant public facility located on South Road Kaitaia. FNR worked with the Te Hiku Sports Trust to site manage and build this multipurpose facility which houses a indoor heated swimming pool complex, fitness gym, changing rooms a club facilities for the benefit of the Far North sporting community. The overall value of this project was $11.5M, FNR directly completed $5M of this work and site managed the balance.
